Veselina joined the New Estates team in 2023. Her industry experience is associated with her role as a consultant at a Bulgarian investment company, where she specialized primarily in working with new construction properties. According to her, to be a successful real estate broker, one must have a personalized approach to each client and be well-prepared. It's also important to exude confidence and provide the reassurance that clients need when making decisions related to real estate transactions. Veselina believes that her knowledge and experience in the legal field will assist her in delivering a high level of customer service within the company.
Veselina holds a legal education degree from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski." She worked in her field for five years before deciding to explore other career opportunities. She enrolled in a professional course for real estate brokers, certified by the Ministry of Education. Currently, Veselina is completing training to become a licensed appraiser with the Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria.
