Andon's career spans consulting and legal positions, where he has provided services to Bulgarian and international entrepreneurs for many years. He has gained solid experience both in the private sector and at expert and management positions in government institutions. This gives him a deep understanding of the administrative and legal aspects related to business processes and real estate transactions.

His skills cover a wide range – from structuring and negotiating complex business transactions to strategic thinking and building trust with clients. In his practice, he has repeatedly participated in the finalization of real estate deals, which makes the transition to the role of consultant a logical and natural step in his professional development.

He joined the Unique Estates team in 2025, as the profession of real estate consultant attracted him with the opportunity for dynamic and diverse work, as well as the challenge of combining his business acumen and legal expertise for the benefit of clients.
