Sonia Kutishteva has over 13 years of professional experience in the design of administrative and residential buildings, shopping centers, hotels and private properties in Bulgaria and Russia. Her rich experience gives her a deep understanding of the quality of properties and their potential for development.

In addition to being an architect, she is also active in the field of personal development, communication and cultural events. She is the co-founder and organizer of Lindy Hop Bulgaria – a leading swing dance school, with which she builds an active community and organizes international festivals such as Sofia Swing Dance Festival and ILHC Europe. She has taught in Bulgaria and abroad, focusing on personal expression and teamwork.

She joined the Unique Estates team in 2025, and her choice to focus on the profession of a consultant in the field of luxury real estate is a natural extension of her long-standing interest in architecture, design and relationships with people. .

In her free time, Sonia runs her own dance therapy practice, continues to teach swing dancing, and spends time with her family.
