Over the years, Anita has gained significant experience in the public sector – initially at the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre, where she worked on the management of state-owned properties, and later at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works as an expert involved in the approval processes of various projects. This path shaped her into a responsible and analytical professional with a broad perspective on the real estate landscape and the administrative processes related to it.

With her accumulated experience and academic background in economics and marketing, Anita decided to dedicate herself to the profession of real estate consultant – a role that combines commercial acumen, communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of the processes behind property transactions. She joined the Unique Estates team in 2025.

She believes that here she will find a field for development, training and achieving high results. Persistence, adaptability and perseverance are qualities that Anita relies on in her work. She does not give up on her goals and is convinced that success comes through competence, psychology in communicating with clients and persistence in pursuing results. She shares that her strongest motivation is to provide a high level of service and leave satisfied clients after each successful deal.

Outside of her professional role, Anita is a dedicated parent for whom time with her family and children is a priority. She loves to travel and develop as a person, drawing inspiration from new places, meetings and experiences.
