Her career began in the tourism industry, where she worked for 7 years before transitioning to the real estate sector, where she has more than 14 years of experience, primarily in the Bulgarian Black Sea region. During this time, Adelina managed to accumulate significant expertise in working with investors and successfully completed numerous new construction projects, serving both Bulgarian and international clients. In 2023, Adelina joined the New Estates team.

According to her, to be a successful real estate consultant, one must be communicative and have the right approach in every situation. As a person who never stops improving and developing, Adelina has further enhanced her skills through coaching training, which helps her communicate more effectively with clients and define their needs. She believes that these qualities, along with her developed sales skills, expertise, and know-how, will help her establish herself as a professional in the field in the future.
