The 17th Annual Unique Estates and New Estates Awards were held with an exquisite Gatsby Gala Dinner. The companies honored their best employees who achieved the highest and most impressive results in the segment of luxury real estate and new construction for the 2023. The spectacular event took place on February 22 at the Central Military Club in Sofia, where the entire team and special guests, immersed themselves in the atmosphere of the 1920s, enjoyed the glamorous ceremony and gave a strong start to the achievement of the new ambitious goals for 2024.
The red carpet, the themed Gatsby dress code, the majestic hall, the theater stage, special photo corners, music and dance performances, Gatsby lucky cards, as well as numerous surprises and gifts for the guests contributed to the incredible mood and smiles during the unforgettable evening.
The beginning of the ceremony was set by Vesela Ilieva, managing partner of Unique Estates and New Estates, who presented the key projects, high achievements, events held and the strongest moments for the companies in 2023. A special motivational guest was Mr. Nikolay Balevski, co-manager of BNK Wines - a leading importer of premium French and Italian wines and champagne, who in a candid conversation spoke about his career path, which passes through the world of real estate in London, as well as the secrets to success and motivation.
