Ivan has 13 years of experience in the real estate field, six of which were spent as part of the teams at Adres and Imoteka. He began his career as a consultant and over time climbed the professional hierarchy to become a team manager and a commercial director. Over the past five years, Ivan has been the managing director of one of the key investors in the market. During this time, he has been responsible not only for client service but also for all processes related to planning, creating, managing, and executing projects in the construction industry, particularly in the new construction segment.
Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in "Infrastructure Economics" from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), Sofia.
He is the head of a registered professional training center under the Ministry of Education and has conducted courses for certified real estate consultants.
