I started in the company 15 years ago, after a long period spent abroad, where I worked at a senior position in a French-English company. I hadn't lived in Sofia until then and didn't know anyone. Nevertheless, I was determined to achieve a lot and become a name that people would associate with professionalism, competence, special approach, loyalty to the people who trusted me and invited me to become part of the company, dedication to my clients, who believe in me and together we make their dreams come true.
I have always been a person who constantly improves and wants to be the best version of myself. From my initial position as a broker, I became a team manager. I have won numerous awards over the years, including two for Manager of the Year, many awards for Deal of the Year, a Customer Champion Award, which is actually the most valuable to me.
It was like love at first sight! To this day I can say that I truly love what I do because it brings me joy and inspires me. And here we are not talking just about a momentary feeling, but about a constant stable feeling of satisfaction and a desire to want to grow, to prove again and again that I am the right choice! As with any true love, the desire to give is indicative here - not because you feel obligated, but because you enjoy giving. I enjoy looking into the eyes of customers and see that my efforts give meaning and added value. To feel grateful to be allowed into their personal world and to appreciate the privilege of fulfilling their deepest dreams by being a part of the process of finding their home.
I am happy that at Unique Estates, together with the people who believed in me and continue to support and develop me, we are becoming better than what we were before. This means upgrading and reinventing ourselves for new things, as I feel for example in my new position - Manager "International Markets". My loyalty to the company is precisely because of this feeling of family, mutual love and support that we have shared for 15 years.
Long ago I accepted my life as a service to people. I know that when I try to escape from this, I feel miserable. My "technique" in my approach with clients is to do everything with love, respect, sensitivity, empathy and to follow my intuition. In my role as a manager, I work not only on building the brokers in my team as professionals, but also constantly assist in the personal growth of each one of them. I like watching them change and develop. It brings me great joy to see them successful and happy.
I have my own personal rituals, which are mostly related to the search for inner harmony, awareness, fulfillment. Meditations and walks in nature turned my focus entirely to searching for answers within myself. I pay particular attention to a balanced and healthy diet, believing that our body is a temple and it is necessary to create the right conditions for it to function well. It is also a priority for me to have enough quality time spent with my child and my family.
I have many plans related to both myself and my team. I wish to build even stronger and healthier relationships with each of them, and together to achieve things to be proud of and strengthen the impeccable image of the company.
