Unique Estates I Christie’s International Real Estate had the pleasure of attending the Christie’s International Real Estate Summit 2025. The brand’s annual conference took place from May 4 to 8 at the iconic The Plaza Hotel in New York City. The company was represented by Svetoslava Georgieva, Shareholder and Managing Director; Galina Grudova, Shareholder and Manager; Evelina Kostakeva, Partner and Manager; Marina Ludmilova, Senior Consultant and Team Leader; Albena Zafirova, Senior Consultant; and Alexandra Dyankova, International Markets and Communications Manager.

The event brought together leading brokers and company owners from 34 countries across the global Christie’s International Real Estate network. This year’s key themes were sustainable business growth, the power of partnerships, and the importance of global connectivity in the luxury real estate sector.

The summit featured three dedicated panels—for agency owners, top agents, and members of the Masters Circle, the elite group of the network’s most distinguished professionals. Inspiring speakers from various industries shared their experience, including Joan Smith from Delta Airlines, world-renowned photographer and activist Platon, Alejandra Rosito from Bottega Veneta, author Molly Bloom, and Robert Frank from CNBC.

The event was opened by Christie’s International Real Estate CEOs Mike Golden and Thad Wong, who presented the key achievements of 2024, including entry into twenty new markets and the deepening of the partnership with Christie’s auction house. They were joined by Robert Reffkin, CEO of Compass, with whom they discussed strategic plans following the merger of the two companies earlier this year. “Our network continues to grow thanks to the exceptional professionals who share a passion for innovation and impeccable service in the luxury segment,” said Mike Golden.

The program also included an exclusive tour of Christie’s auction house New York headquarters, where participants explored the unique synergy between art, luxury goods, and real estate.

The highlight of the summit was the presentation of the 2025 Affiliate of the Year awards, along with the Gavel of Greatness honors in categories such as Marketing Excellence, Outstanding Collaboration, Network Engagement, and Community Leadership.
