Miglena Stoeva - A new Consultant at Unique Estates

We are pleased to welcome Miglena Stoeva – a new consultant in the team of Evelina Kostakeva, Team Manager, with team leader Teodora Daskalova, Senior Consultant.

Miglena holds a bachelor’s degree in Acting for Drama Theatre from Lyuben Groys Theatre College in Sofia, and for 15 years she developed her career as an actress on both the Bulgarian and European stage. This experience has shaped her strong presence, confidence in communication, ability to understand people and capacity to build trust – qualities she now naturally brings into her profession as a real estate consultant.

As a consultant in various agencies, Miglena has gained valuable skills in identifying clients’ needs and conducting negotiations. She shares that one of the transactions she is most proud of is her very first one – a complex process involving a property dating back to 1963, ten heirs and numerous obstacles, which required patience, persistence and careful communication.

“I look for a mission in what I do,” Miglena shares. For her, the brokerage profession is not merely about mediation, but an opportunity to be useful, to help people with one of the most important choices in their lives and to contribute to their satisfaction. She believes that a good consultant should not only know the market, but also understand the person in front of them – their motives, dreams and expectations.

Miglena describes herself as someone who loves asking questions, learning continuously and improving herself. A perfectionist by nature, she values discipline, organization and clear rules. Among her strongest qualities, Miglena highlights her ability to analyze each client’s individual needs, organize the work process effectively, build long-term professional relationships and earn trust. The life challenges she has faced have further strengthened her character and shaped her into a strong, determined and resilient person who does not give up in the face of difficulties.

Today, she places the brokerage profession as her absolute priority and goal. She has a strong desire to master the subtleties of the business and to develop her expertise in real estate in the long term. She has a particular interest in secondary sales, where she finds more history and character, as well as in interior design as a natural extension of the theme of the home and the way space affects people.

In her free time, Miglena enjoys reading about psychology, going for walks, and spending time in nature. These moments bring her a sense of calm and inspiration, as well as the opportunity to connect more deeply with herself and the world around her. One of the things that guides her in life is freedom of spirit – she believes that a person should remain true to themselves, their values and their principles.
