Renata Bozhilova Joins the Unique Estates Team

We are pleased to welcome Renata Bozhilova as a new consultant in the team of Marina Lyudmilova, Team Manager.

Renata holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations and a master’s degree in International Project Management from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. She brings more than 15 years of professional experience in managing client portfolios, developing long-term business relationships and leading successful commercial negotiations.

Throughout her career, Renata has worked with international clients, coordinated complex processes and built a strong reputation as a client-oriented professional. Her experience spans various business fields, including energy, asset structuring and management, tax and property-related processes in Asia, as well as technology projects involving patenting and close collaboration with engineering teams.

Her interest in interior design, investments and the real estate market naturally led her professional development toward the property sector. Renata also holds a postgraduate qualification in interior design – a field that has further developed her imagination, sense of aesthetics, attention to detail and understanding of space as a living environment.

Among the qualities she believes will help her succeed as a real estate consultant are her ease of communication, emotional intelligence, ability to understand people and capacity to multitask effectively. For Renata, integrity is a core principle and personal belief – a value that lies at the heart of every successful partnership.
