Radoslav Balev joins Unique Estates' team

We are pleased to welcome Radoslav Balev – a new consultant in the team of Zara Koteva, Team Manager.

Radoslav holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance and alternative assets from a prestigious university in Madrid. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in alternative investments, auction markets and new models of fractional ownership of works of art.

His professional background combines experience in sales, client communication, market research and working with collectors. In the field of art, Radoslav has been involved in developing client relationships, organizing specialized events and delivering presentations to highly discerning audiences. He has also worked in an international environment related to financial market analysis, report preparation and monitoring economic trends.

These different professional directions have shaped his interest in the intersection of finance, culture, art and real estate. Radoslav believes that the luxury segment is increasingly defined not only by ownership, but also by the experience a property creates.

What attracted him to the profession of real estate consultant is the opportunity to combine analytical thinking, working with people and an interest in high-end assets.
