Sonya joins the team of Ilonka Stoyanova – partner, manager of “International Markets” and manager of one of the leading teams in the company. Her mentor will be Alten Alieva, senior consultant and team leader, who will support her in the process of adaptation and professional development in the world of luxury real estate.
Sonya Kutishteva is a Master of Architecture, graduated from the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering – Sofia, with over 13 years of professional experience in the design of administrative and residential buildings, shopping centers, hotels and private properties in Bulgaria and Russia. Her rich experience gives her a deep understanding of the quality of properties and their potential for development.
In addition to being an architect, she is also active in the field of personal development, communication and cultural events. She is the co-founder and organizer of Lindy Hop Bulgaria – a leading swing dance school, with which she builds an active community and organizes international festivals such as Sofia Swing Dance Festival and ILHC Europe. She has taught in Bulgaria and abroad, focusing on personal expression and teamwork.
Sonya is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, has been trained in non-violent communication and is currently studying art therapy. She communicates at a deep level and is able to build valuable and long-term relationships - skills that are extremely valuable in her new professional role.
Her choice to focus on the profession of a consultant in the field of luxury real estate is a natural extension of her long-standing interest in architecture, design and relationships with people.
