In the last 10 year, annualy Galina has been honored with all of the most prestigious awards, including “Partner of the Year”, “Team of the Year”, as well as awards for “Deal of the Year” in various areas and many more. These recognitions are the result of her ability to create long-term partnerships, manage complex transactions and develop the people in her team.
For 2025, Galina was awarded the awards “Team Manager at Unique Estates with the Highest Personal Turnover for 2025”, “Team of 2025 at Unique Estates”, “Deal of the Year at Unique Estates”, “Joint Deal of the Year between Unique Estates and New Estates” and “Successful Project Implementation”. Today, she continues to be a driving force behind the company’s development – both through her active work with clients and through her strategic role in management. We meet with her to talk about leadership, the responsibility of leading successful teams and her vision for the luxury real estate market.
The company has developed enormously – both in terms of business volume, expertise, portfolio and market presence. Today we operate in a much more dynamic and competitive environment, with more demanding clients and significantly higher standards. However, what has remained unchanged are the values – honesty, trust, long-term relationships and the desire to always provide the best solution for the client. This is the basis of our sustainable success over the years.
The biggest challenge is to maintain the balance between each consultant's individual style and the overall direction of the team. I work with extremely strong professionals, each with their own approach and character, and it is important for me to create an environment in which they can unleash their potential, but also work as a team. This requires constant communication, transparency and clear goals that we all strive for.
The Deal of the Year award always stands behind a complex and multi-layered process. In this case, it is a deal that required precision, strategic thinking and very good coordination between all parties. Such deals do not happen quickly - they require patience and the ability to find solutions at every stage of the process. For me, this award is a recognition not only for the final result, but also for the way in which it was achieved.
The market is becoming more mature and selective. Clients are informed, have clear requirements and are looking for not just a property, but a complete quality of life. In this context, projects with a good concept and location, which offer a complete quality of life, will continue to stand out. I believe that the role of the consultant will become increasingly important - not just as an intermediary, but as a trusted advisor who helps the client make the right choice.
It is important for me to find time for myself and my loved ones. I love to "switch off" through travel, time in nature or just moments of peace outside the dynamics of everyday life. One of my favorite places is Bali - I always return from there full of energy, new strength and motivation for the next challenges.
