Vesela Sopotlieva – Once Again Part of Unique Estates Team

The team of Unique Estates | Christie’s International Real Estate is welcoming back a familiar face. We are delighted to welcome Vesela Sopotlieva, who returns to the company, this time in a new professional role – consultant in the team of Zara Koteva, Team Manager.

Vesela has been part of Unique Estates' history since the company’s foundation in 2006. She held the positions of Administrative Manager and Advertising Manager of Unique Estates Life, actively contributing to the development of the brand and its positioning within the premium real estate market.

In 2021, Vesela moved abroad and embarked on a new professional path beyond her administrative role. Over the past few years, she has been developing her career in the real estate sector in London, where she worked as a Lettings Negotiator and gained valuable international experience in a dynamic and highly competitive environment. According to her, living abroad taught her above all how to step outside her comfort zone, become more patient, and adapt more easily to different situations and environments. Working with people of various nationalities further broadened her professional perspective and strengthened her communication skills.

Today, she rejoins the Luxury and Corporate Rentals team at Unique Estates | Christie's International Real Estate, motivated to apply the knowledge and experience she has accumulated, and driven by the ambition to establish herself as one of the company’s successful consultants. In her own words, although she is returning in a new role, at Unique Estates she feels “at home” - a feeling that makes this new beginning both challenging, exciting, and at the same time somewhat familiar.

According to Vesela, good communication, trust, and attitude towards the client are at the heart of every long-term professional partnership - qualities she has continuously developed throughout her career. She defines correctness and integrity as some of her most valuable professional traits, both in her relationships with colleagues and with the clients and partners she works with. Precision and strong organizational skills are also among her key strengths, whether it comes to coordinating events, scheduling property viewings, or managing her personal time.

For her, home does not have specific features or a particular location. After several years of having different “homes” around the world, today she believes that home is wherever one feels at peace and happy to return after a long day.

Vesela also shares that she sees many positive changes within the company - new colleagues, young and positive professionals who are always willing to help one another. What, in her opinion, has remained unchanged throughout the years is the trust she receives and the opportunities for growth that Unique Estates has always provided to its employees through continuous investment in their professional development.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, dancing, and finding peace in nature.
