Unique Estates at the Winter Networking Event of CIRE in London

Unique Estates I Christie's International Real Estate was among the special guests at the traditional Winter Networking Event of the most prestigious global luxury real estate brand Christie's International Real Estate. The festive event was held on December 10, 2024 at Christie's auction house in London in the presence of 41 affiliates from 28 different countries around the world.

The program included a conference part, which was opened with a solemn speech by Christie's CEO - Guillaume Cerutti. Mike Golden, Co-CEO of Christie’s International Real Estate, and Helena Moyas de Forton, Managing Director and Head of EMEA & APAC of Christie’s International Real Estates, presented the business plans to the brand for 2025. Panel discussions, in which among the specially selected and invited panelists was Vesela Ilieva, Managing Partner of Unique Estates I Christie's International Real Estate, trends in the luxury segment and ways to adapt to market changes in premium housing were discussed.

The evening continued exclusively with a sophisticated cocktail at the auction house on the occasion of the festive season. All companies that joined the brand for 2024 were officially presented on stage, including Unique Estates. Guests had the privilege of being the first to receive exclusive advance access to the latest collection of Christie's auction, including three rare dinosaur skeletons. The energetic atmosphere created the ideal environment for making new contacts and restoring old friendships.
