Real Estate Awards in partnership with Unique Estates

On May 28, the solemn ceremony of the ninth Real Estate Awards took place at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia, which this year debuted with a new name as the successor to the "Imoti.net Annual Awards", part of the project Real Estate Business Forums & Awards. One of the largest real estate platforms in Bulgaria - Imoti.net, organizes the only national competition in the real estate sector, awarding since 2015 the most successful brokers and agencies, the best sites and the achievements of investors and builders in residential and business projects.

The official partners of this year's edition were the companies Unique Estates and New Estates, and Vesela Ilieva, managing partner of Unique Estates and New Estates, and vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of Realto Group, and Georgi Pavlov, chairman of the Board of Directors of Realto Group, were part of the authoritative jury of the competition.

Georgi Pavlov presented the award in the "PropTech" category, and Krasimir Dzhambazov, Commercial Director of New Estates, announced the name of the winner in the "Broker of the Year - Consumer Award" category. As last year's winner of the award, Vesela Ilieva presented the statuette in the final and most prestigious category of the competition - "Agency of the Year - Big Business".
