Following its strategy of development and long-term support to the company's professionals, the management of Unique Estates has promoted two ladies from its sales team to Senior Consultants. Eliza Petrova and Gabriela Bogdanina have shown sustainable results, loyalty and belonging to the company, they have proven their high expertise in business and an excellent level of customer service. We meet with them to learn more about their career development, as well as their plans for the future.

E.P.: First of all, I want to thank the management for the support and trust they have given me by promoting me to Senior Consultant. Besides Vesela Ilieva and Svetoslava Georgieva, I also want to express my gratitude to my direct manager - Zara Koteva, who has contributed immensely to shaping me as a professional. I am happy and proud that I belong to this team of specialists, which I value a lot. I feel confident working for the company, which has established itself as the leader in the luxury real estate market in our country. I am grateful for the support, high evaluation and the opportunities provided here.
About career growth - it happens when one works with a lot of enthusiasm and dedication. My motivation comes from customer satisfaction and achieving the goals I set for myself every day. There is an inner race between what I am and what I want to be, and it challenges me to strive for even higher results. I believe that one should try to surpass oneself constantly.
E.P.: I think it is my consistency, patience, as well as the right approach to each client. This empathy and personal attitude that I put into communication, my desire to understand the real needs of the clients, win their trust and justify their expectations. This, along with my rich experience in life, I believe are the things that have helped me achieve the high results over the years and accumulate many satisfied clients.
E.P.: The real estate market is extremely dynamic and requires us to be constantly updated with information about the changes that occur in the economy, politics and everything that concerns people's way of living. There are many factors that affect consumer demand and behavior and we need to know them in order to be aware of the customers’ needs. I myself constantly track the information that concerns the real estate market and read the analyzes and forecasts of the emerging trends.

Thanks to Unique Estates' membership in this prestigious network, our team has this highly competitive advantage at hand. Additionally, the company itself frequently organizes various programs and training, thereby investing in its personnel and supporting their professional growth. We also improve and gain experience in the course of everyday work, since each transaction is related to different cases and involves communication with interesting people.
E.P.: My plans for 2023 are to go beyond the excellent results I have achieved this year. I want to continue to grow and develop in the company, to take on new initiatives and projects. I would like to pass on my experience to new colleagues and together achieve more success and improve the services provided by the company.
G.B.: My career path started at Unique Estates right from the student bench when I was studying Law. Four years ago, driven by my desire to intern for the summer, I started as a customer service assistant. I admit that not long after, I felt that this company is where I want to develop professionally and this internship is just the beginning. For some time I worked in the administrative department of Unique Estates, which helped me to get to know all the processes behind the successful business structure of the company. Soon after, I was invited to become an assistant to one of the leading consultants in the sales team, and subsequently - a broker in the company's then newly formed Luxury and Corporate Rentals department. Eliza Petrova and I were the first members of the team. Led by our tireless and inspiring manager - Zara Koteva, together we managed to develop the new department and establish it as a successful one. During this time I won several awards for the high results achieved and for the quick pace of development. At the end of the first year, the management trusted me to be a Mentor of two new additions to the team, who with my help, in a short time, managed to achieve great results in their work. I am very proud of them. These awards and the high evaluation of my work made me feel that I belong to the company and that it is not by chance that I am part of the team. I am grateful to the management for their support and I appreciate the opportunities I am given. I am happy to be part of the Unique Estates team and to develop my potential here.
G.B.: Behind my achievements so far stands a lot of perseverance, persistence and dedication, as well as a right approach to the client and good organization of my time and tasks at work. The high standards and level of services provided in the company are also very important as this motivates the team to constantly surpass itself. A work environment like this one is very beneficial for development, while at the same time it sets high requirements - you must be excellently prepared, well informed about everything related to the real estate market, as well as have excellent communication skills and the right approach to the client. Unique Estates helps me develop myself constantly, both professionally and personally. I feel proud to be part of the team of a company that has proven itself as a market leader. I am happy that I already have a large number of satisfied clients with whom we have built long-term relationships as friends. The truth is that I truly love what I do and at Unique Estates I feel at the right place.
G.B.: Unique Estates is known for its team of time-proven professionals who are the best in the industry. Thanks to my daily communication with my colleagues, I manage to "steal" something from everyone. In addition, the company organizes a number of trainings, with which it invests in the qualification of its personnel. One of them was the Unique Estates "Management Academy", and I had the honor of being among the ten invited brokers participating in the program. During the three-month training, I learned a lot of useful things that will help me upgrade my professional knowledge and skills. I believe that in order to be successful in what I do, I must continue to develop constantly. Therefore, I additionally read literature, specialized in topics that concern my personal and professional development.
G.B.: Unique Estates is my first workplace and I can say that at only 22 years old, I was lucky enough to find my calling here. This is the company that developed me as a person and a professional. Thanks to the support and high evaluation I received here, I gained more confidence in myself and my qualities. This motivates me to work even harder and pursue my goals tenaciously. I relate my plans for career development and growth with Unique Estates and with the realization of new projects and business lines in the company. I hope to continue to have the opportunity to ignite the spark in the new additions to the team, as Unique Estates has ignited mine.
