Unique Estates Life
The company's professional family continues to grow. Simona Dimova and Mihaela Tarpinova join the sales team of Unique Estates. They are the new consultants in the Luxury and Corporate Rentals department, who will work in the team of Zara Koteva, manager at Unique Estates.
Simona Dimova graduated in Fashion Marketing and Communications at the Fashion Retail Academy in London. Her professional career began with working for high-end fashion brands in the UK. She was then attracted to the real estate industry and joined the sales team of a real estate company in London. She spent almost a year there, working mainly with estates on the rental market.
Simona has been in Bulgaria for two years now, and the last positions she worked at were a business consultant in a hosting company and a computer systems engineer in an IT company in Bulgaria.
The profession of real estate broker attracts her with its dynamics and opportunity for active communication with many interesting people. She is also interested in the properties themselves and in interior design. She believes that with the right approach and good trading skills she can become a very successful real estate broker. She chose Unique Estates because the company is a market leader and sets standards in the field. She is ambitious to develop and upgrade her knowledge and skills, and prove herself as a professional.
Mihaela Tarpinova graduated in Business and Finance from CATS College in Cambridge. Her professional experience includes developing her own brand in the cosmetics industry, as well as working for a foreign company in the field of trade.
Driven by the desire to grow professionally in an interesting and dynamic environment, Mihaela focuses on the field of real estate. She is impressed by the level and professionalism she comes across with at Unique Estates and is happy to be a part of the company’s team. She puts a lot of enthusiasm into her work and sees this as a great opportunity to develop her career in this field.
