As every year, Unique Estates celebrates the successes and achievements of the past 2021 with a solemn ceremony. For the second time the event was hosted by the Vivacom Art Hall Oborishte 5. At an exquisite cocktail party, the company honored the high results of the team and set new goals for 2022.
To begin the ceremony, two special guests were invited - Stefan Ivanov and Maxim Ivanov - father and son, who managed to cross the Atlantic Ocean in the summer of 2020 with a hand-made rowing boat. The record holders and winners of the Man of the Year 2020 award spoke about their extreme experience, about what motivated them not to give up, how hurricanes always come in the ocean and in life.
Excited after the story of the characters, Vessela Ilieva, managing partner of Unique Estates, opened the ceremony with the words:
"Stefan and Maxim spoke about the strength of the human spirit, stoicism and overcoming borders. However, I want to draw attention to another point of view, which is the slogan of our event today - Variety is our superpower! Our team consists of many different people and characters. But each of us has his own superpower! Today Stefan and Maxim proved to us that one can surpass oneself so much that one can even cross the ocean alone. And I will add that together we can do even more! Thank you for being part of the Unique Estates team! ”She added.
The hosts of the official ceremony were Tihomir Toshev (Executive Director of Credit Center) and the lovely Emanuela Basheva, a consultant at the company.
