Secret Gardens

On June 12th, Unique Estates’ team welcomed partners and friends in the beautiful garden of their home at 17, Patriarh Evtimiy Blvd. The lavish colorful decoration and the arch with aromatic roses from ROSE DECO were a great decor for the occasion of our summer event - the presentation of Secret Gardens.

Vesela Ilieva - Managing Partner of Unique Estates opened the secret gardens of this new exclusive project in the company’s portfolio. She acquainted the guests with the advantages of the unique gated complex, located in the heart of Upper Lozenets. Secret Gardens is designed to preserve the best traditions in the aristocratic architecture of Sofia, aiming to create an atmosphere of serenity and moderate luxury.

The project was also presented by consultants Nikolay Stavrev and Krasimir Dzhambazov from Unique Estates. As well as by Irina Kaneva, Sales and Marketing Director of the construction and investment company BLD and architect Serafimov from Atelier Serafimov Architects, engaged with the architecture and interior design of Secret Gardens.

The event was organized together with our partners from the BLD, the French-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Ladies’ Forum. We want to thank Mrs. Vessela Mosettig - Director of the French-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who welcomed the guests in French.

Guests enjoyed the wonderful cocktails and wine provided by our partners from Pernod Richard. The atmosphere was complemented by French chansons, performed live by Vera Shandel and Angel Zaberski. We also thank our partners from Philip Morris Bulgaria.
