10 years in Unique Estates - Ilonka Stoyanova

Anniversaries call to mind the best of memories. Four of our colleagues are celebrating ten years with the company - making everyone in Unique Estates very proud. Here they answer questions on work, memories, and looking ahead.

My best time at Unique Estates was... When I won the AG Capital award for a full contribution to the development of the company. This recognition gave me even greater confidence, a sense of satisfaction for my efforts and the results I have accomplished. It inspired me to follow my ambitions and gave me even more power and belief in myself.

I'll always remember... When one of my special clients, who was very satisfied, told me that the commission he paid was the money he had spent with the greatest pleasure.

Working for the company I have learned... For me, working for this company is not just a job. It's a lot more special. It's something that affects my whole life. I continually change for the better, not only professionally but also as a person. At Unique Estates, I really grew up, changed my mind, modeled my behavior, and learned how to be disciplined. I have felt appreciated and, of course, inspired by my role model - Vesela Ilieva, who I value a lot. Few people are like her, she's a good friend and an excellent counselor.

The complicated and tense situations I overcome... With trips, meetings with clever and interesting people - they recover the lost balance.

I chose this profession because... It makes my life meaningful, charges me with energy, ideas, dreams. I have always known that the cost of success is to give yourself in. You cannot expect results without working hard.

In the future I expect... To be even more successful, to improve me, to continue studying good and bad practices in our field. To inspire people from my team and be an example to them.

I wish my younger colleagues... Be ambitious, love what you do and strive to learn something new every day. This will help you be happy with yourself and achieve the best.
