Agent of the week - Nadezhda Zaharieva

We meet you with Nadezhda Zaharieva - team manager and member of the management board at Unique Estates. Nadya is a certified CIPS * international real estate specialist for NAR ** and says that her entire life is related to this area. She has worked with many corporate and VIP clients and diplomatic representations in Bulgaria.

In her work, she likes to see the satisfaction of both sides - the seller has managed to sell his property or has made other plans such as moving or expanding the family and the buyer has found the home of his dreams. This is an event that happens once or twice in a person's life, he remembers and brings so much joy.

Nadya defines herself as a team player and is convinced that the good team is extremely important for achieving good results. The professional environment and the sense of comfort play a significant role in her work, which is no coincidence that makes her a so successful team manager.

She is a person who knows the market. She began her career as a broker, participated in the management of corporate acquired properties, she was responsible for a team of consultants and helped organize some of the largest conferences of the Bulgarian Economic Forum. These diverse activities enrich and develop her.

Nadya says she always puts customers in the focus of her attention. She strives to find the place that suits their temperament and way of life and that is the home in which they feel coziness and warmth. In her job as a broker she has encountered situations where people do not set objective boundaries. She manages to present the truth to them, and that is why customers respect her and appreciate her expertise.

"When someone deals with mediation, one always wants to consult with him," she says with a laugh. Working time is unlimited. Wherever she goes, she is being asked questions from all over and says everyone is excited about properties. So, sometimes, even unexpectedly she finds potential customers.

In his spare time, Nadezhda goes in for photography as a lover, she is interested in architecture and management and likes to travel across Europe.

In each project, she puts everything from herself and believes that sooner or later the results come.
