Around the world with Unique Eastates - Ilonka Stoyanova in Dubai.

On our next trip with Unique Estates’ team we head to Dubai. A story told not through the eyes of a regular tourist, captured by the glamor and luxury of this famed shopping and nightlife destination. Ilonka Stoyanova has lived in the capital of the Emirate of Dubai for more than ten years and feels the place as her second home. Every year around the New Year's Eve, she respects the tradition of returning to this constantly growing and intriguing world destination for at least a week. The places she tells us about from this year's trip are not hot touristic spots, although she always takes the time to enjoy at least one fine dinner at a favorite restaurant or sweet delights at "Angelina café" at The Dubai Mall.

Over the years, Ilonka has been trying to get to know more and more of those less popular places in the Emirates, which fascinate with their authenticity and simplicity. Now she comes back with the memory of a wonderful trip to the rocky areas and the amazing zoo in Al Ain. She is fascinated by the view of many beautiful Flamingo birds, who live undisturbed in a habitat, situated in the nearby desert and the serenity of that area.

Every time she returns to the gleaming megapolis, from the window of her home there, she admires the everlasting enthusiasm and resources invested in the development of the area. "Dubai is expanding and growing constantly with many new buildings and ambitious infrastructure projects. There we can witness a lot of the architectural masterpieces of our time. I like the pulse and energy of this place, an example of progress and development, "she says.

Also by tradition, Ilonka returns from Dubai with a selection of chocolate temptations from her favorite confectionary brand. We wish her a sweet and successful 2018th year.
