Anna-Maria is a proven professional with a rich and diverse business background. Born and raised in London, she relocated to Bulgaria after completing her secondary professional education. She continued her academic journey in Sofia, where she earned a degree in Business Administration from New Bulgarian University.

Her professional path is defined by an entrepreneurial mindset, a high level of independence, and the ability to build and develop projects from the beginning. Her experience in creating and managing a franchise brand in the restaurant industry for the Bulgarian market provided her with valuable expertise in strategic planning, negotiations, and business process management. Subsequently, developing her own fashion brand—focused on production and retail—further refined her commercial skills, attention to detail, client-oriented approach, and ability to make swift and effective decisions in a dynamic environment.

Drawn by the fast-paced nature of the work, active communication, and the opportunity to work closely with people, Anna-Maria later discovered her true calling in the profession of real estate consultant. For four years, she was part of a big Bulgarian real estate agency, where she quickly established herself as one of the top-performing consultants. Her achievements were recognized with multiple awards, including Largest Transaction, Top Performing Broker, and Highest Turnover.

Her decision to join Unique Estates was driven by the company’s impeccable reputation as the undisputed leader in the luxury real estate segment, its high professional standards, and the exceptional level of service and professional environment it offers. Anna-Maria highly values the expertise of the team, the client-focused approach, and the strong market positioning of the brand. She feels confident and comfortable within the team, having previously worked successfully with some of her colleagues.
