Petar Marinov – New consultant at Unique Estates

We are pleased to announce that Petar Marinov has joined the Unique Estates team—an ambitious and driven professional who becomes part of the company’s most awarded and high-performing team, led by Galina Grudova, Partner, Senior Partner, and Team Manager. In the first steps of his career in the luxury real estate sector, Petar will be supported by his mentor, Elena Hadzhiteneva, Senior Consultant and Team Leader.

Petar holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of National and World Economy. Between the ages of 12 and 18, he was part of the German national swimming team, living in the country and developing within the world of competitive sports. Over the years, he earned numerous prestigious distinctions at European and World Championships, including the titles of European and World Junior Champion in 2019. The intensive training, athletic discipline, and international environment shaped in him qualities such as perseverance, self-control, focus, patience, and a strong work ethic—foundations he now applies in his professional development.

His interest in the real estate field is driven by the dynamic nature of the profession, the opportunity to work with different people, and the chance to be truly helpful during one of life’s most important decisions—choosing a home. Petar is highly motivated to develop his expertise, expand his knowledge daily, and build a career based on solid principles and measurable achievements.

In his free time, Petar nurtures his interest in interior design and is currently completing a specialized course in this field. He enjoys traveling, particularly across Europe, which he appreciates for its rich culture, art, and values. He is actively involved in sports and often goes on mountain hikes, which bring him balance and renewed energy.
