Margarita Kishisheva – new member of the Unique Estates team

We are delighted to introduce Margarita Kishisheva, who has recently joined the Unique Estates team. She will be working as a consultant under the guidance of Zara Koteva, Manager of the “Luxury and Corporate Rentals and Sales” department.

Margarita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Digital Marketing from University of York City College in Thessaloniki and has completed a specialized course in Digital Marketing at SOFTUNI. Her academic background provides her with a solid foundation in management, communications, and the use of modern digital tools for business development.

Her professional journey began in the hospitality industry, within her family business, where she held various positions, including Manager and Team Leader. This experience helped her develop strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, teamwork, and customer orientation – valuable qualities that she now applies in her work as a real estate consultant.

Margarita is drawn to this profession by its dynamic nature, constant interaction with people, and the satisfaction of achieving tangible results. Having recently moved to Sofia, she is motivated to quickly get to know the city, build new contacts, and develop her career in an environment characterized by high standards and professionalism, such as that of Unique Estates.

She shares that she was inspired to join the company by its established reputation as a leader in the luxury real estate segment, the professionalism and dedication of the team, and the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry. From her very first day, she has felt the support, attention, and warm attitude of her colleagues, which motivates her to give her best and strive for excellence in every aspect of her work.
