Yoana Vucheva is one of the most successful consultants at Unique Estates, winner of numerous prestigious awards over the years. In 2024, she once again confirmed her professionalism by being awarded in the category of Consultant with the highest number of deals – Sales. In addition to being a leader in the number of sales, Yoana is part of the most successful team in the company, led by Galina Grudova. We meet with her to understand what is behind her achievements and what motivates her to build on her successes year after year.

You have won numerous awards over the years. What motivates you to develop and continue to be among the best?

For me, these awards are recognition of my work, the time and energy that I invest in each client and each deal. I am motivated by the desire to develop, to become better and to provide exceptional service to our clients.

My work is dynamic, challenging and full of emotions. Every day is different, every client has their own specific needs, and that is what makes my profession so interesting. I love seeing the satisfaction in the eyes of the people I work with – this is the greatest reward for me.

You won the award for the highest number of deals in the sales department. How do you maintain your high pace of work without compromising on the quality of service? What is your personal approach to clients to have so many successful deals?

Maintaining a high pace in this profession requires perfect organization, discipline and dedication. Every deal is different, but I believe that the key to success is a personal approach and attention to detail. Clients looking for a luxury property are not just buying a home – they are investing in a lifestyle, in the future, in an experience of coziness and comfort. My role is to understand their true needs, to provide them with the best options and to make the buying or selling process as smooth and efficient as possible. It is important for me not only to close the deal, but to build long-term relationships based on trust and loyalty.

You are part of the most successful team in the company. What, in your opinion, makes it so effective and how does working in a strong and cohesive team contribute to your professional development?

A successful team is built on trust, support and shared experience. I work with incredible professionals who inspire me and help me develop every day. Galina Grudova is not only my manager, but also a mentor from whom I have learned so much, for which I am infinitely grateful!

What advice would you give to young consultants who want to build a career in luxury real estate sales?

Success in this industry doesn't come quickly, but when you are purposeful, dedicated, and ready to learn, the results will come soon. My advice is to be patient, invest in upgrading yourself as a professional, and not be afraid of challenges, because every difficulty is actually an opportunity to learn something new and become better.
