The awards I received this year are extremely valuable to me because they reflect not only my personal achievements, but also the efforts of the team I work with. Each of these awards is a symbol of trust, professionalism and a sustainable vision for development.
Success in the field of luxury real estate requires several key qualities: First of all, this is strategic thinking - each deal is different and requires an individual approach, tailored to the dynamics of the market. It is important to always be one step ahead. Second, I put trust and long-term relationships - clients in this segment are looking for not just a broker, but an advisor and a partner. It is also important for our work to be flexible and adaptable, to approach with precision and attention to detail - deals in this segment are complex and require in-depth knowledge of the legal and financial framework.
For me, these awards are not just recognition, but motivation to continue to develop, to seek innovations and to create value for clients and the company.

From the very beginning, I knew that this was my profession and I have never hesitated in my choice. I have always believed in myself, in my intuition and in my ability to be the best at what I do. Success is not accidental – it is the result of passion, dedication and uncompromising adherence to high standards. The most valuable thing in this business is trust and sustainable relationships, and for me they have always been the foundation of everything.
The “Team of the year” award is one of the most valuable to me because it is a reflection of the efforts and synergy between the people I work with every day. Our team is successful because we have built a culture of trust, support and shared values. We don’t just work together – we motivate each other, learn from each other and share our successes.
We are cohesive because we have a clear vision and goals – we know what we want to achieve and we move towards this goal together. In our work, we rely on professionalism and shared experience between us, supporting and helping each other. To this I add the positive and motivating environment in which we develop – success comes when you work with people who inspire you.
Without a doubt, the most significant and personally satisfying deal for me in 2024 was the sale of the iconic “Strawberry House”. Ever since I started my career as a consultant, I dreamed of realizing such a property – a landmark, with a rich history and immense cultural significance. This deal was not just a professional challenge, but a true personal mission. I consider it a personal highlight for me, the result of my expertise, strategic thinking and qualities accumulated over the years.
The challenges were enormous – from the public significance of the property to finding a buyer who would not only meet the high financial criteria, but also have the vision and commitment to preserve its architectural and historical value. The process was extremely delicate, requiring discretion, patience and a deep understanding of both the market and the site itself.
In the end, together with Evelina Kostakeva, we managed to find the right buyer – the new owner accepted the mission to restore and preserve the “Strawberry House” in its authentic appearance. For me, this deal is much more than a professional success – it is a personal dream come true and proof that when you believe in your mission, you can achieve something truly significant.
My advice to young consultants is: “Work with dedication, patience and perseverance. Success does not come in a day, but when you put your heart into your work, the results will follow.
