Unique Estates continues to improve and expand its team of professionals. Maria Atanasova is the new consultant in the company, who will work under the leadership of Zara Koteva, Manager of the Luxury and Corporate Rentals and Sales Department.

Maria has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from Coventry University, UK. Her professional path began with 4 years of work for a Bulgarian start-up company operating in the field of technology, where she held the position of “marketing specialist”. Over the past year, she has been working as a freelancer for various companies and institutions, dealing with digital marketing, content creation and advertising.

The real estate sector, and in particular the luxury segment, has been attracting Maria for a long time due to her interest in architecture, interior design, real estate investment strategies and the specifics of marketing luxury goods in general. She likes the profession of a consultant because of the dynamics of the work and the opportunity to meet and communicate with interesting people. She is intrigued by the challenge of creating added value for the client by understanding their personal needs and finding the right property or client for them, consulting them on all the possibilities, the overall investment strategy and the right steps in this process. She believes that with the experience she has gained in the field of marketing, with a lot of perseverance, patience and the qualities she possesses as a professional and a person, she will be successful in her new position.
