Vanya Nikolova – a new colleague in the Unique Estates team

We are happy to present to you Vanya Nikolova, who recently joined the company’s sales team. She will work as a consultant under the leadership of Ilonka Stoyanova, senior partner and team manager at Unique Estates.

Vanya graduated from the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in “Accounting and Control” at the “Dimitar A. Tsenov” Academy of Economics, Svishtov. She has 13 years of experience holding various positions in the banking sector. During this time, she has specialized mainly in lending and financial services. For the past year, Vanya has been working as a financial consultant with private clients.

She recently turned to the profession of real estate consultant, as a natural continuation of her career path. For her, this is an opportunity for realization in a dynamic work environment that meets her needs as an ambitious and active young person. Vanya believes that her experience in the field of lending and the base of loyal clients, as well as her communication and sales skills, together with her knowledge of the market, will help her to be successful as a real estate broker.
