Krista Stefanova – a new consultant in the Unique Estates team

We are pleased to introduce Krista Stefanova, who is now part of the company's sales team. She will work as a real estate consultant under the guidance of Zara Koteva, Manager of “Luxury and Corporate Rentals” at Unique Estates.

Krista has a bachelor degree in "Fashion Design" from Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan. For about 2 years she has been working in the fashion industry in Italy - initially in the sales department of a luxury international brand, and subsequently as a designer for another fashion house. She has recently returned to Bulgaria and decided to make a turn in her career path. She decided on the profession of real estate consultant because of the dynamics at work and the interesting everyday life, which offers her various case studies and many new people to communicate and work with.

She chose Unique Estates as a place for professional realization because of the wonderful impressions she has from the company, and in particular from Simona Dimova, who shares her positive experience as a consultant in the team. It is to her that she thanks for the time and patience with which she introduces her to the intricacies of the profession at the moment. She is impressed by the organization of work at Unique Estates and the pleasant atmosphere in the company's offices. She likes that everyone is very positive and motivated, helping and supporting each other.

According to her, a good real estate consultant should approach the needs of his clients with understanding and empathy. Krista describes herself as positive, patient and communicative. She believes that her proactivity and desire to work and develop will help her to be successful at this position.

A creative person with an eye for detail, in her spare time Krista enjoys reading anything related to topics such as history of art, design and architecture. She likes European cinema, as well as visiting various exhibitions. She works on personal creative projects related to fashion and design.
