Introducing Lyubov Stoycheva - the new addition to the UES

Recently Lyubov Stoycheva joined the professional family of the company, occupying the position of consultant. She will be part of the team of Zara Koteva, manager of the Luxury and Corporate Rentals department at Unique Estates.

Lyubov graduated with a bachelor's degree in "Web Design and Graphic Advertising" at the New Bulgarian University. She worked for four years in the field of trade and services, both with Bulgarian and foreign clients.

Sales skills, communication, persistence, positivity, loyalty and dedication are the qualities she describes as her strengths and believes will help her succeed as a real estate consultant. In the profession, she likes the opportunity to prove herself and achieve high results, without a specific limit, as her success depends on herself and her desire to surpass herself every day.

Lyubov appreciates the opportunity to work in a company that has proven itself as a market leader and among a team that sets standards in the profession. She is happy that Zara Koteva is her manager and believes that Unique Estates is a really favorable environment in which she can develop both professionally and personally. She is also grateful to Simona Dimova for the time and patience with which she introduces her to the specifics of the profession, as well as for the many trainings with which the company invests in new people and prepares them to realize successful deals.

She believes that her mission as a broker is to find that space for the clients that corresponds to their needs, values, lifestyle and truly satisfies them. She defines herself as an aesthete with an attitude to detail and believes that with a personal attitude and the right approach, she will be able to prove herself as a successful professional in this field.

In addition to reading different books that develop her as a person, in her free time Lyubov likes to play sports, dance and travel the world.
