Rada Erinina – a new consultant in the Unique Estates team

We are pleased to introduce to you Rada Erinina, who is now part of the company's sales team. She will work as a real estate consultant under the leadership of Ilonka Stoyanova, Senior Partner, Team Manager and International Markets Manager at Unique Estates.

Rada holds a BA in Business and Management from Cardiff University, UK. She has four years of professional experience, holding management positions in various companies operating in the service sector.

She has recently turned to the profession of real estate consultant, attracted by the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and meet many new people. The whole process of concluding a real estate transaction is interesting for her - from finding the right buyer and seller, through the preparation of the entire documentation and the satisfaction that all parties of the contract receive at the end. Rada believes that her communication skills and professional experience will help her to be successful in her new position.

She is happy that it is at Unique Estates that she has the opportunity to develop and prove herself as a professional. She is grateful for the warm attitude and dedicated time she receives from everyone in the company's team. She is especially impressed by her mentor Antonio Banov, who is committed to introducing her to the ins and outs of the profession.

With the ambition to prove herself as one of the successful consultants at Unique Estates, Rada is motivated to work hard and upgrade her skills and knowledge. Except from learning from the proven professionals in the team, she listens to various podcasts on the topic of real estate business and reads specialized literature, which will familiarize her in details with the specifics of the market.

In her free time, Rada likes to play sports and spend time in nature.
