Introducing Elena Nikolic - a new consultant at Unique Estates

Elena Nikolic joined the professional family of the company, occupying the position of consultant. She will work in the team of Galina Grudova, partner and team manager at Unique Estates, under the guidance of Mariana Talyokova, Senior Consultant and Mentor.

Elena has a bachelor's degree in "Finance" from UNWE, Sofia and a master's degree in "Law" from New Bulgarian University. Among the studies that she has completed over time is a course in "Marketing and Management" at the American University of Richmond.

She has over 20 years of experience in the field of trade - the segment with luxury cars, as well as in a notary's office, where she participated in the preparation of documents related to real estate transactions. Elena believes that the legal knowledge she has acquired in this position, as well as the accumulated commercial experience in the luxury segment, will be extremely useful in her work as a real estate consultant at Unique Estates.

In the profession of a real estate agent she likes the dynamics and the opportunity to meet interesting new people. Elena believes that to be successful a real estate agent must have excellent sales skills, be responsible, dedicated, have an individual approach to each client and be adaptable in order to find a solution to the different situations and cases in the daily work.

Elena spends her free time with her family and three children. She likes to do sports and travel the world.
