Yoana Vucheva, consultant and mentor at Unique Estates has been part of the company's team since 2021. At this year's award ceremony, she won first place in the category "Consultant with the largest number of transactions for 2023 - sales direction", third place in category "Highest Turnover Consultant for 2023 - sales direction", "Highest Growth in Turnover" and "Most Effective Consultant for 2023" in Unique Estates.
These honors are a huge recognition from the company for my efforts. I am grateful for the support and high rating. For me, these are not just awards, but proof that I'm at the right place, with the right people, that what I do I truly love and is what I'm really good at! And how are these results achieved - with a lot of work!
Building trust is a long process, so successful brokers are usually very good psychologists. We must know the needs of our customers perfectly and find an individual approach to each of them in order to be able to build long-term and loyal relations between us.
What everyone needs to learn is patience, because our work involves investing a lot of time, persistence and a personal approach. To make each person feel special, to be able to understand their needs and materialize them - this is one of the biggest challenges in our profession. Every transaction is different, but the trust between the consultant and the client is the key to its successful realization. This is exactly what I try to teach the people I train.
I take each client as a new story, a new challenge or a new mission to complete successfully. This, of course, costs me a lot of patience and total dedication, which often comes at the expense of my personal time. In my work, I am most demanding of myself, so achieving balance is something I work on every day.
My plans and goals are related to the realization of even more successful deals and satisfied customers.
I want to thank Vesela Ilieva, Svetoslava Georgieva and especially my manager, closest person and incredible friend - Galina Grudova. I thank her for her support and trust, for giving me a chance to be part of this amazing team. It is an honor for me to work in the best real estate company in Bulgaria.
