Unique Estates continues to improve and expand its team of professionals. We present to you Denitsa Georgieva, who will work as a consultant under the leadership of Galina Grudova, senior partner, team manager and associate in the company.
Denitsa graduated from a master's program in "Spatial Design" at the New Bulgarian University in Sofia. She has three years of experience in the field of real estate, during which she mainly specializes in rentals. In the beginning, she started as a consultant, but thanks to her high results and motivation to develop and prove, Denitsa was soon promoted to team manager, with 15 brokers under her management. She subsequently became a partner in the company she worked for.
Gaining experience and confidence, Denitsa was looking for new opportunities for her professional development. She then applied for a position at Unique Estates, as a company - leader in the luxury segment. Denitsa is happy with the fact that she was accepted to work in the most successful team led by Galina Grudova. She is impressed by the high level of organization, the possibilities for development and the working atmosphere that stimulates productivity of the people at Unique Estates. Working with distinguished professionals, as part of the team of the leading company in the market, Denitsa is motivated to give her best in providing a high level of customer service and realizing many successful deals.
The profession of a real estate consultant attracts her with the opportunity to communicate with many interesting people, as well as to be useful to clients in finding their dream home. According to her, the most important skill of a broker is to have the right approach and empathy in communicating with the clients, so as to gain their trust and build long-term relationships with them. Denitsa believes that thanks to her experience, commercial skills and dedication to work, she will soon prove to be one of the successful consultants in the company.
She devotes her free time to traveling, sports, meditation and books that help her professional and personal development.
