At the Unique Estates ceremony this year I received awards in the categories “2022 Deal of the Year -Sales”, “2022 Partner/Team Manager” and “Team of the Year”. And this time the one for "The most successful team" is for me the most significant among these awards, as it is a recognition for me as a professional and a proof of the trust and high appreciation not only of my work, but also of the successes of the people who lead. I want to thank each of them for the trust and dedication - Teodora Bivolarska, Mariana Talyokova, Reni Tsolovska, Bistra Georgakieva, Ioana Vucheva, Emanuela Basheva, Rumyana Balevska, Mila Zurleva, Irina Dimitrova and Spartak Vasilev. Together we managed to achieve truly outstanding results!
I also highly appreciate Imoti.net's “Broker of the Year “ award. This is the only national competition in the real estate sector, which since 2015 has awarded the most successful brokers and agencies, the best websites and the achievements of investors and builders in residential and business projects. For me, this award is a recognition from the guild. I received a special call congratulating me as the only broker in the country to have won the award twice in the history of the contest.
I've said it before - to be successful in this profession you need to have a special culture and emotional intelligence necessary to communicate with clients in depth. Only with this personal approach and a desire to truly understand their needs, can you be really useful to them.
Important, of course, are the knowledge, preparation, experience, the confidence that you must radiate in communication with the client. For our profession, especially in the luxury segment, image and behavior are also important.
Another thing that I consider very important is that I have always been honest and open with clients, working entirely in their interest. I believe that this is the only way to build long-term relationships based on absolute trust and a sense of mutual usefulness. I also believe it's important to love your job. I invest a lot of love and energy into what I do.
Unique Estates is undoubtedly the best company on the luxury real estate market in our country. Over the years, we have managed to reach a level of service that surpasses even established international companies in the field. I am proud to be the first member of the team, part of the company since its foundation in 2006. Here I developed and formed as a professional and as a person. At the time, I was lucky to count on the strong support of Vesela Ilieva - managing partner and Svetoslava Georgieva - operations director and partner in the company. I have always felt that this is where I belong and every day I feel grateful to be part of the Unique Estates team. This is also the reason why I have been so dedicated to my work all these years. Thanks to them, as well as to all the colleagues with whom we have walked this path!
The motivation comes from the work itself, which for me is very interesting and dynamic. I am grateful for the opportunity to be so fulfilled in what I do every day.
My future plans for professional development revolve around Unique Estates as a place where I feel I belong. I am happy with the fact that I lead the most successful team in the company - valuable individuals and professionals whom I can guide and support. As their manager and the person who motivates and inspires them, I always set high goals for myself, but also for the people I work with. This is how we managed to achieve these results over the years. What I plan is to continue to work actively and I hope that in a year we will be able to be proud of many more big deals and satisfied customers.
