Unique Estates with awards at Annual Awards of Imoti.net

On May 17th, the eighth Annual Awards of Imoti.net were solemnly held at the Inter Expo Center, and Unique Estates - part of the Realto Group and a leader in the luxury real estate segment in Bulgaria - was awarded three prestigious awards. One of the largest real estate platforms - Imoti.net, organizes the only national competition in the real estate sector since 2016 and awards the most successful brokers and agencies, the best sites and the achievements of investors and builders in residential and business projects.

Vesela Ilieva, managing partner of Unique Estates, took the stage three times to receive the statuettes in the most prestigious categories.

Galina Grudova, partner and team manager, with her exceptional professionalism and impressive deals, was the big winner in the Broker of the Year category, receiving the award for the second time, after winning it in 2015.

Unique Estates also received the Consumers' Site of the Year Award for its modern, dynamic and functional website.

The climax of the evening was the last and most anticipated category Agency of the Year - Large Business, in which the vote of the authoritative jury awarded the award to Unique Estates.
