Introducing Katerina Mutafchieva - the new charming addition to the Unique Estates team

Recently, Katerina Mutafchieva joined the professional family of the company, occupying the position of consultant. She will be part of the team of Zara Koteva, manager of the "Luxury and Corporate Rentals" department at Unique Estates, with mentor Gabriela Bogdanina.

Katerina has a BA in "Media, Communications and PR" from Birmingham City University, and a MA in "Marketing" from Brunel University of London. She has been working for international agencies in Great Britain dealing with marketing and advertising for four years. About four years ago she returned to Bulgaria and for the last 3 years she held a position in the marketing departments of two foreign companies operating on the Bulgarian market.

Shee recently decided to continue her career development in the field of real estate. The profession of a consultant attracts her because of the opportunity to work with many and interesting people. Katerina defines herself as an aesthete who has always been impressed by beautiful interiors and architecture. This is how she chose to work for Unique Estates as a company established leader in the luxury real estate segment in our country.

Katerina feels great in the team and thanks for the time, assistance and support of her mentor Gabriela Bogdanina, who introduces her to the subtleties of the profession, as well as everyone in the company.

Good communication skills, the right approach, discipline and organization at work, balanced behavior and presence - these are the qualities that she defines as her advantages, which will help her to realize herself successfully as a professional in the field.

In her free time, Katerina likes to walk in the mountains, travel and spend time with her relatives and friends. She also enjoys yoga and gardening.
