Katerina has gained experience in the field of marketing, spending three years in roles within the departments of two international companies operating in the Bulgarian market. Recently, she decided to advance her career in real estate, drawn to the profession of consultancy due to the opportunity to work with diverse and interesting people.

She joined the Unique Estates team in October 2024.

Katerina identifies her strong communication skills, proper approach, discipline, and organization as key strengths that will help her succeed as a professional in the field.

In her free time, Katerina enjoys hiking in the mountains, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She also practices yoga and engages in gardening.
