Teodora Daskalova has been promoted to Senior Consultant

In accordance with its development strategy and long-term support to the company's professionals, the management of Unique Estates promoted Teodora Daskalova to Senior Consultant. For almost five years as part of the team, she has shown her loyalty and belonging to the company, has proven herself with high results, expertise and an excellent level of customer service. We meet her to tell us more about her career development, as well as her plans for the future.

You have recently been promoted to Senior Consultant. How does this make you feel and is it difficult to grow a career in such a competitive environment and in a company that maintains really high work standards?

I accept my promotion to the position of Senior Consultant as recognition by the management of the company for my dedication, consistency and hard work. Growing up professionally in Unique Estates is all about hard work and proving yourself daily.

What is behind the success you have achieved during these years of working in the company and what motivates you in your daily work?

Behind the success achieved during these years is unceasing motivation, tireless work, perseverance and a lot of patience. The positive evaluation expressed by the clients I have served, their return to work together again and the recommendations of me to their friends - this is my daily motivation for work.

What is leading for you in your work with clients?

The most important thing is building trust between me and the client. The ability to make each person feel special, to understand their needs and to materialize them.

How do you work to develop yourself as a professional and maintain the high level of service you provide as part of the Unique Estates team?

I am a very demanding person, searching and inquisitive, yet detailed and punctual, and this sometimes borders on perfectionism. This is also the reason for my tireless desire to learn from the best and to develop my professional skills and qualities whenever possible at an academic level. That is why I am currently finishing my studies for a second master's degree in "Construction Entrepreneurship and Real Estate" at Varna University of Economics. I follow with great interest the publications about the real estate markets, and not only in Bulgaria. I participate in forums and discussions organized by real estate companies and different professional associations.

In addition to being a senior consultant, you are also a mentor to new colleagues in the team. What is the most important thing you teach new consultants?

To work with inspiration and dedication! Trust between the consultant and the client is the key to a successful transaction, and it can only be achieved with a lot of patience and persistence. That's why I teach them not to give up when they have unsuccessful moments, to keep on developing and upgrading constantly - both as professionals and as individuals.

I thank the management of Unique Estates for giving me the opportunity and providing me with the conditions to develop my potential and skills. I am also grateful to all the colleagues with whom I have worked over the years and with whom we have partnered.

What are the plans and goals you set for yourself professionally?

My plans and goals are related to many successful deals and satisfied customers. I enjoy seeing the results of my work and the achievements of the people entrusted to my training. That's why I hope to have new, successful people on the team to train.
