Teodora Bivolarska is a partner in Unique Estates, part of the company's team for 14 years now. Over the years, she has been honored with many awards for her high professional achievements. At this year's Unique Estates ceremony, she received first place in the category "Consultant with the highest turnover for 2023 - sales direction". Teodora received this distinction for the sixth time in a row.

First place in the category "Consultant with the largest turnover for 2023 - sales direction". How is such a result achieved and what does this award mean to you?

It is achieved with a lot of effort! But as a broker with many years of experience, I can also add qualities such as combinability, resourcefulness, speed and customer care. I am very glad that I received this distinction this year, as it was filled with many difficulties and failed deals. I'm proud of myself because, despite everything, I succeeded.

Over time, you have been honored with many awards for your achievements. What is behind this success?

I believe that if success is your only goal, you cannot achieve high results. I think that behind all these awards is a different approach like mine. I've always been really open with my clients, and that's probably what is valued the most in my relationship with them. I would add, of course, persistence, very good analytical skills and vision.

What is leading you in your work with clients?

Like I said, to be honest with them. I value mutual respect a lot. I believe that in our work with the client we become partners and it is important to value each other.

Who do you want to thank?

I want to thank the management for their support all these years. I am also sincerely grateful to myself for not losing heart, not giving up and believing in my own judgment and capacity as a true professional.

What are your plans and goals for the future?

Most of all, to enjoy life and my family.
