One year after signing the partnership agreement with Luxury Portfolio International and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Unique Estates has received two awards for its achievements. The first one is the “Spirit” for its business accomplishments and teamwork. The second is “Rising Star” - for its active development, dedication and professionalism in business. Unique Estates was among the participants at the Annual Conference of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World in Florida and the Annual Symposium in Vienna. As a result of this partnership, the company is currently offering properties around the world. Over 30 luxury bulgarian real estates are already on the international market. Unique Estates provides great opportunities for international training for its team as well.

The Life of Unique Estates

At the award ceremony that evening we took note of the company’s results for the first half of the year. We also pointed out all the business and lifestyle events organized by Unique Estates for the period, as well as the successful practices in representing the estates via “Open house” events. The life of Unique Estates’ team during this six-months period has been diversified with a number of trips, team-buildings, rewards and other pleasant events. We have improved the effectiveness of Unique Estates’ market positioning by investing in digital advertising and increased social networking. We reported significant interest in our printed magazine “Unique Estates Life” and the content of the materials in our blog. We also introduced the new team members and outlined the company’s future goals and plans for its development.

"Consultant with the highest number of deals for the first half of 2017" is Evelina Kostakeva.

"Customer Champion for the first half of 2017" is Galina Grodova.

Krasimir Dzhambazov took a special prize for the several deals with estates he realized in one project.
