I have worked in various directions and teams at the operational business level in the holding, and my responsibilities and fields of action changed every few years. Over time, I was able to get to know the business in detail and from different perspectives, having the opportunity to work on important strategic projects for Address and Imoteka. The last one of them was related to the creation and development of a completely new department - "Customer Service", which I led until the end of 2019, when I joined the Unique Estates team.
I’ve always wanted to work for a company that has an established identity, is growing fast and works with a vision for the far future. When I started working for Unique Estates, I already knew some of the people in the team and was familiar with the nature of the work, which helped me adapt more quickly. Here I accepted the challenge to develop and give meaning to a new position for the company, namely that of the Supervisor. The first project I started working on was creating an introductory training program for new consultants called "Unique people". The new people in the trade department are still trained on this program, 3 years later. In addition to assisting managers in the process of introduction and adaptation of new employees, I conducted training, monitored the implementation of monthly and quarterly targets, participated in working groups to build or change systems or technology at work, prepared activity reports and analyzes of the effectiveness of the sales teams in the company.
At the beginning of the pandemic, I took over the management of the Customer Service department. We introduced new software and reorganized this unit so as to raise standards of work, helping the operational business to increase contact with our customers and improve the customer experience. I consider my work on various strategic projects for the company as a challenge, pleasure and responsibility for me. At the end of 2021, I joined the new business direction - New Estates, where at the beginning I worked on building the company's structure, training new colleagues, defining rules and standards of work, introducing a new CRM and others.
I thank the management for the trust and the opportunity provided. I am happy to have the chance to grow, both professionally and personally, as part of this exceptional team. At the new position as a Business Development Manager "Operational business and strategic projects", my work will again be related to all areas of the business, identifying new opportunities and helping the operational business to grow and develop. My responsibilities will be related to the development of a new structure and functionalities of the sales department, development and introduction of new work models, development of new services and areas, as well as of new functionalities in CRM etc. I will also work on improving the management process in the company, updating and improving the technology at work, developing new services aimed at improving the customer experience, and others.
I will continue my work on important strategic projects such as: improving the functionality of the CRM systems of Unique Estates and New Estates, restructuring the "Customer Service" department in order to improve customer service, creating a "Manual for working with exclusives" etc. Among the business goals that I set for myself and the team are also: introducing a new work model, changing the structure of sales teams, creating new management levers for more efficient work, updating the management process in the companies and others.
