Unique Estates Life
We are pleased to introduce Rumyana Balevska, who is now part of the company's sales team. She will work as a real estate consultant under the guidance of Daniela Tonova, team leader and senior consultant at Unique Estates.
Rumiana has a bachelor's degree in "Accounting and Control" and a master's degree in "Financial Management". Subsequently, she upgraded her qualification by taking an intensive training course for a financial consultant at the Institute of Graduated Financial Consultants in Bulgaria. She has over 10 years of experience in the banking sector, working at various positions for three banks in the country. Her professional path continues in the field of lending and insurance, where she has been working during the past 6 years. For a year and a half now, Rumyana has been working in the team of Credit Center - a company that, together with Unique Estates, is part of the Realto Group structures. There she got to know in details the specifics of working with real estate.
As an active and dynamic person who loves communication with people, Rumyana feels attracted to the profession of a real estate broker. She recently decided to expand her professional engagements by joining the Unique Estates team, where she will utilize her extensive experience in corporate lending and financial consulting.
Rumyana believes that with her expertise as a professional financial consultant, she will be of maximum benefit to her clients, helping them make the best decisions during the entire process of finding and acquiring a property. She is motivated to work proactively to achieve high results and close many deals as part of the Unique Estates sales team.
In her spare time, Rumyana practices wake boarding, traveling to various interesting destinations around the world.
