In line with the policy of expanding and upgrading its team, Unique Estates welcomes new ambitious consultants to its professional family. We present to you Lachezar Lazarov, who will work as part of the team of Ilonka Stoyanova, partner and team manager in the company.
Lachezar graduated in "Tourism Management" at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar". He accumulated his professional experience in the field of trade, marketing and real estate.
Lachezar was attracted to the company by the high level and image that Unique Estates is associated with on the market and is happy to be part of the team. He is impressed by the professionalism and preparation of the colleagues he works with, as well as by the organization of the work processes, the investment the management makes in new staff and the standards maintained at every level of the business structure.
His personal approach, great communication with people and good sales skills are the qualities that help him in his work as a real estate consultant. In the profession, he likes the challenges and case studies that make his work interesting and varied. He believes that a successful real estate consultant must be able to understand the needs of the clients perfectly and approach each of them individually. Also, to be well prepared, informed and flexible in his work, so that he is fully available to his clients.
In his free time, Lachezar likes to cook, travel and have fun with friends.
