Gabriela Bogdanina is one of the young talents in the "Luxury and Corporate Rentals" department of Unique Estates. She joined the company in 2018, being responsible for customer satisfaction and quality service. Driven by the desire for development and the ambition to reach new heights, after successfully completing a course for professional consultants and a number of other trainings, Gabriela takes the challenging path of the brokerage profession.
How do you gain the trust of your customers?
For me, trust is the main ingredient for effective communication. From the first meeting with my clients, I try to "get into their shoes", pay attention to their requirements, we talk on the phone, meet, discuss. I take personally every search or offer - it's like looking for a tenant for my personal property or looking to rent a home for myself. I allow myself to advise them and express my opinion, to guide them. Honesty, in my opinion, is always valued.
What do you think has changed in the rental market as a result of Covid-19?
The rental market is extremely dynamic. It is currently managed by the tenant. In this situation, the competence of the consultant is crucial to be able to negotiate a price that meets the interests of both parties. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have noticed an increased interest in properties for short-term rent both in the city and in the surrounding area - houses and apartments with large terraces. We live in a time when plans are not constant and do not depend entirely on us. It often happens that our clients need a property for only a few weeks.
Our company has always tried to meet the expectations and needs of its customers and that is why the team "Luxury and Corporate Rentals" has developed a new service for Unique Estates - renting properties for a period between 2 weeks and 6 months. This type of housing is usually sought by foreigners who reside in the country for a short time or Bulgarians whose profession requires travel to different places, meetings, participation in conferences and events.
What is your best memory at Unique Estates?
Unique Estates is my first job. Every moment spent in the company is valuable to me because it is part of the path of my own growth. I met both exceptional professionals, from whose experience I manage to learn something every day, and people with whom I managed to build strong and, I hope, long-lasting friendships.
What is a success for you?
I find the brokerage profession very responsible. Our task is not just to find a place for our clients to live, but one that best suits their personality, interests, taste, lifestyle. Not just an apartment, but their place - their home.
On the other hand, to be able to give the property to the landlord to the right client is extremely important. We must be confident that the future occupant will take care of the home as his own, will be careful and he himself will feel comfortable in it.|
Success is the achievement of a goal. When I see the smile of my clients, the satisfaction that we have found the most suitable property for them, and we have gone through this path together, then I feel the success and I feel extremely satisfied with my work. It is precisely these moments that charge me a lot and give me an incentive for greater development.
