Unique Estates Life
Unique Estates marked the beginning of the year with a ceremony honoring distinguished employees. The company reported the success of the team for 2019 and set its goals for 2020 at an elegant dinner at the Dinevi Lozenets Residence, part of Unique Estates' luxury portfolio.
Vesela Ilieva, Managing Partner of Unique Estates, congratulated everyone on the achievements during the period and awarded the company leaders. The festive atmosphere was ensured by the wonderful music of the Kamino Bend, the brilliantly arranged tables, the splendidly served dinner and the great sparkle. Leading the event were Pepy Dimitrova and Simeon Karamatev, who took care of the good mood.
The annual awards ceremony is an evening filled with much emotion and excitement. This is an important moment of appreciation and recognition for the remarkable efforts and results achieved, and the honors motivate more dedication and professionalism.
For the second consecutive year, Manager of the Year is Ilonka Stoyanova, who received a video greeting from her colleagues. Under her guidance, there are nine consultants who share that she motivates them on a daily basis and gives an example of how to approach their clients, work tirelessly and grow.
The excellence of the partners in Unique Estates, as well as the highest performing teams and their leaders. The most successful team for 2019 is with manager Galina Grudova, who has shown an on-going ambition and perfectly overcome the challenges of difficult transactions.
The year's partner is Teodora Bivolarska.
Another champion is Mariana Talyokova, who is the "Consultant with the highest turnover for 2019".
Daniela Tonova wins the Most Deals Award.
Teodora Bivolarska and Ivanka Tomova share first place for the "Deal of the Year for Rent" and "The Deal of the Year for Sale" was awarded by Teodora Bivolarska and Mariana Talyokova, who also received the "Greatest Revenue from the Deal" award.
Orlin Nevenkin and Nadezhda Zaharieva saw the biggest jump in turnover compared to the previous year with impressive results.
A special award for Active Partnership with the Credit Center was awarded to Galina Grudova.
Stormy applause for the prize "Highest Percentage of Commissions Received" excited Graciela Miladinova.
Krasimir Dzhambazov was awarded the Most Successful Projects Consultant by Irina Kaneva for her hard work on the exclusive Secret Gardens project.
A special award for AG Capital's Most Valuable Company Transaction was awarded to Albena Zafirova for a brilliant deal between Unique Estates and Forton.
The Administrative Officer of the Year is Lilyana Georgieva, for her hard work throughout the year, for the new branding of Unique Estates, the preparation of the new office, the digitization and the development of the Marketing Department.
The team selected Emanuela Basheva, Lora Petrova and Violina Stankova as the Best Colleague. The award was presented by Sylvia Nedeva, who congratulated the ladies on winning the confidence and love of their colleagues.
Certificates of “Customer Champion” of 2019 were presented to Kalina Boyadzhieva and Bistra Harizanova, thanks to the impressive ratings from their clients.
Elena Hadzhiteneva was honored for "Flying Start" at the company, which made a brilliant start at Unique Estates. The award was presented by Georgi Pavlov, who congratulated Elena on her skills and job support from the very first day.
Following the announcement of the awards, the evening continued with lots of music, dancing, photos and greetings from colleagues for their wonderful work throughout the year and wishes for an even more successful 2020!
