Solemn inauguration ceremony for the launch of Unique Estates' new modern office

The ceremony for the inauguration of the new Unique Estates’office in Sofia took place on November 26. The modern working space at 10 Oborishte Street brought together the entire team of the company, along with partners, colleagues and friends of Unique Estates. The special guest of the event was Chris Dietz, Vice President of Leading Real Estate Companies of the Word, who arrived for his three-day visit in the country.

In addition to its aristocratic first home at 17 Patriarch Evtimiy blvd., the company's team will gladly welcome its customers in the heart of the Doctor's Monument in the capital. Unique Estates has invested a lot of effort and resources to create this sophisticated office space that will provide all the necessary conditions for the people who work in the team.

The interior design was entrusted to the experienced architects from VI Architects Studio. It laid down the requirement for mobility and flexibility in the work of the consultants, as well as the creation of an environment in which customers’ comfort is paramount. The team worked hard to find the best solutions and the final result is there - Unique Estates welcomes its clients to one of the most modern office spaces in the heart of the city.
